YMC, why don't you go to Boots store and ask SA to tell you your card balance? Or have you got outstanding points from shopping online? They might be able to tell you about these too.

Just had to tell you all of the fab Boots customer service I received today.

Ordered 2 FCUK OOTW last week, along with a £30 item on 3 for 2. I received a “Your order has been partially despatched” email on Thursday evening. The £30 gift was out of stock, so I was getting two FCUK bags for £20. :j Brilliant, what a bargain, I thought, and was highly impressed with Boots policy of letting you still have a free item even if one item is out of stock.

Friday came and went and no delivery (to my work). Checked the tracking on Saturday and the courier website said “delivered without signature” on Friday evening. Great, looking forward to work Monday to get my goodies.

Bounced into work and no deliveries. Phoned Boots CS and a lovely young chap said his system states that the package was taken back to the courier depot as the van broke down. He said he’d chase it and get it to my by Xmas.

Today, still no news so I phone Boots CS and get the same lovely young chap. He explained that all the goods should have gone back out for delivery and would again contact the courier. He also gave me their number to speak to them myself.

I duly phoned the courier who stated that it had been delivered but couldn’t tell me where! I now see my wonderful bargain of 2 FCUK bags for £20 slipping away. Courier said they would look into it and get back to me.

Leave it 4 hours and decide to phone Boots CS again. I get a young lady this time, and she was very helpful and courteous too. She said her system was now showing that the item had been delivered to a different address to mine and all she could do was refund. Boo.

Lo and behold, less that half hour later my delivery arrives. The courier threw it on the receptionist’s desk without saying a word, didn’t get a signature and just walked out. My conscience then compelled to phone Boots CS again to let them know it had arrived and also to point out no signature was asked for. The lovely young lady said I could keep my two lovely FCUK bags as a goodwill gesture. Wow! I’m beaming now. :beer:

Throughout this whole fiasco Boots CS were fantastic.

In Shrewsbury yesterday they had the No7 make up set - like a big vanity case - as offer of the week. No FCUK ones. They were downstairs by the no 7 counter. HTH xx

My 3 No7 sets have just been delivered (I ordered 1st thing on Friday morning) and I'm delighted with them but the Boots packers really need to have a firm word with themselves - they came in the HUGEST of boxes (easy big enough to have got another 5 or 6 sets in :eek: ) and hadn't been protected at ALL so almost all the bottles had come out and were loose in the bottom of the box. Luckily nothing was damaged but I had to get a pic from .com up so I could work out what was supposed to be where :rolleyes:

I picked up my new glasses from boots today, YAY. Taking a bit of getting used to.

Whilst i was there i returned the boots amazon forest set without a problem and replaced it with an S&G glove story set

I cant believe how empty the shop looked, all the remaining stock was spread out to make it look full.

Big fat zero OOTW left, instead some straighteners that were half price.

No no7 GWP's left, instead they had a No7 342 thing going on.

SA was handing out blueys to everyone. I bagged 10 cos she commented on how im never away from the place and i gave her a big cheesy , then ran round to the boujois stand and NO tweezers or sharpeners left. So i used 2 and got some more TS leave in conditioner and TS Volume sparay £4.49 each (£2.49 after bluey). In seperate transactions using a 150pts coupon for each one from the ACM. So in bootsing logic only 99p a bottle.

I shall use the remaining blueys on getting more full size bottles to start putting to one side for birthday hampers next year, plus im sure we'll get through a fair few tins of hairspray for my mums wedding so it will be handy to have a few on standby

Still looking for some S&G admit it you want me sets, so i can put a mini or 2 in each of the favour bags for my mums wedding. So if anyone spots any PLEASE tell me.

The mens favours are all out of the mens No7 GWP. Thought we'd do something different.

Getting excited for the 50% sale, planning on getting an early night so i can get an early start, but chances are ill be up all night constantly hitting the refresh page.

I ummed and ahhed ( also thought about the 4 GWP's:rolleyes: ) By the time I decided to get some they were out of stock and store have told me warehouse is out of stock so they won't be getting anymore. That'll teach me, better to buy and take back than to lose out totally.
