Is that you with 1 left then? Glad you're getting through them. I hate going back to work after when everyone and his dog asks 'How did it go?' I get tempted to tell them I had a complete meltdown and ran out after 10 minutes just to see their faces. So far I've resisted though:p

I took a whole extra day off and still got bugged to death when i got back to work. I even got a call from a manager I work woth in London:confused:

Hope the next 2 go well for you. Take care of yourself at the weekend as, if you're anything like me, you'll be utterly shattered and anti-lurgy defences will be down...

I am not calming down and just want to chuck the dishes I am currently washing.

However, I am gritting my teeth to get on with the huge list of things I need to do this afternoon.

News of the day is that i've been asked to take part in an open day next week to promote adult learning with a cookery course related 'table'. I get to do what I want and will then chat with whoever turns up on the day. Have a few ideas about what to do etc but it's going to stretch my already fragmented life even more.

Need to read up on invigilating tonight. Been given all the stuff and am doing it for the first time tomorrow afternoon.

It's 21 days since the job closed I ummed and ahhed about and haven't heard anything so won't do now (21 days is the 'sorry, no interview cut off), but in a fit of pished off-ness I applied for another, again within the council. It's an amazing salary and suits my background perfectly but I don't have 1 element. I wasn't going to bother applying, but I'm so fired up I thought - !!!! it, take control and change what you can change.
