  • Hi all - back from my weekend away - had a wonderful time, really relaxing to catch up with friends and get the kids together. Went to see Santa who was excellent - I am sure this was the real one and not one of those Santa helpers, :santa2: all the kids loved him and thankfully they asked him for everything I have got them - so yippeee for me:T

Back to it today - son had his play at school - first one I have ever been to - he would get so stressed and cry so much he asked me not to go and watch - so for the past 4 years I have never seen him in any school production, just had to buy the videos - but today I went, tried to keep a low profile (just in case!) and he was great all the other mums were congratulating me on my attendance - it was excellent.

I have caught up on what you have been up to and noticed some of you making pots of gold???? not sure what these are but sound good - can anyone expand?

My pledge for tomorrow is to make a list of what needs doing - in the last full week before the big day - and you never know I might even get some of them done!

I joined ipoints last night and i've now got three members on my crimbobingo card :j YAY:j lol so im being very savvy with my money:rotfl:

Going to put christmas music videos on tomorrow so the close can hear!!! :rudolf: lol:rotfl:
    Thanks everyone:beer:
    ..xx

It's not even 8:30 and my dishwasher is unloaded and my last and final (unless tomorrow's 20 grabitnow deals for a tenner are any good) Christmas purchases are paid for.

I will now eat my porridge and take my multivitamin, shower and wash the filth out of my hair, clean the kitchen sufficiently that I'm not embarrassed when the workmen turn up, and commence my list!

(I got two TENS machines for £14 on grabitnow today, they're normally a ridiculous sum of money and they'd be good gifts if anyone has any achy elderly relatives. Just a thought, since I like to include something useful in my posts).

There's no hot water in my building :(

I know this cause I didn't put my hand under the shower before hopping in :(:(

    Still on my list:

buy butter and a Frankfurterring for my parents
    make chocolates
    pack them
wrap sausages in lots of plastic bags, the better to transport them home
    pack them
    remember them in the morning

And now the workmen are here faffing about in my kitchen so I can't do anything useful in there anyway.

  • I have been on the nice list every day but I have been so busy I couldn't PM :(

My head is absolutely killing me, I am in agony. Logan has his school choir reception thingy on thursday and a party on friday. Then saturday he goes to nannys to stay and wakes up to go ride on Thomas. On monday it is his birthday. I think there is something going on thursday as well but I can't remember?? :D

To everyone that posts but doesn't get a reply.. you ARE so appreciated.. you are NO way ignored. I read each and every one of your posts and give you a thanks to signify it. I just can't reply today as I have blurry vision.

I have contacted Paul about Quidco so we will wait and see how that goes.
