Holiday Tip of the Day: Make A Christmas Morning Basket!

Gifts are piling up beneath the tree, and Santa's ready to roll: time to prepare a Christmas morning basket!
The concept is simple: gather the tools and supplies you'll need to open Christmas gifts and put them in a basket, gift bag or gift box beneath the tree.
Include items like scissors, box cutter, notepad and pen (for recording "gifts received"), camera or videocam, trash bags, zipper food storage bags (for bundling small pieces so they're not lost) and extra batteries.
Add a Santa hat for a fun touch: she who wears the hat, passes out the presents!
love the SHE who wears the hat bit if passing out the pressies was left to my other half no one would get what they were supposed to :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Had brilliant day today, took dd to c Robin Hood, and one of the stewarts asked would dd like to go on stage, she was so exicted.
The funniest bit, there was her, me, my dad, (shes calls dad, does get a bit confusing at times), and out nice neighbour who she calls Uncle Ken, (hes in his 70s), the jokey bloke on stage had ribbed Uncle Ken a few times about his lack of hair etc.
DD up, he asks her name, where she comes from, who u with, shes says my mummy, dadda, and we brought Uncxle Ken along, he doesnt get out much......
I cringed.....then he asked wheres Uncle Ken, he waved, another bit of bantering, me I'm cringing, just incase she came out with anything else.
Got the same panto again nxt sunday, with my mum this time, were be sat in front row......could be fun. xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
