Following the advice on some posts I contacted the police. They said that since the site isn't based in this country there is nothing they can do. I have to report it in Hungary.....

Called the consumer direct (your link into Trading Standards) and they said I should be able to claim off my credit card once the concert date is passed. I double checked this because when I tried to claim something else which was over three months since the transaction date and was told I couldn't. The nice consumer lady says that is not true - section 75 of the consumer credit act says you have 6 years! So there is hope for many of us. Don't give up.

Gutted I'll be missing the show though .....

ive been reading on here about this website i have bought 3 tickets off it well i think i have, but im really unsure wot to believe as some people are saying no dont do it then others are saying they got a phone call saying the tickets are at the venue, and one other person actually got a full refund i dont no wot to do wheather to report it the police or just wait has anyone actually recieved a ticket? or gone to the concert and got it there??

Just To let people know that I did not get a refund from takethattour.net but because of buying on credit card and reporting it to the fraud department I have recieved the money back. They informed that they had many complaints about this company and that they were known for deceiving customers. I hope other people get their money back.
