Be warned that if you download and try to install the software for Barclays i-sure back up service, it will freeze your PC and cause all sorts of problems.

If you do by mistake, do a System Restore to the previous day.

Quite why a large company like Barclays allows this sort of mistake is beyond me! :mad:

And what makes you think its not your computer?

It's happened to at least 2 people, one of them me. The culprit *may* be the firewall in Kaspersky (which happens to be Barclays previous offer), as this was noted by i-sure phone support as being installed in the other unfortunate customer's PC.
This is quite a notable thing. However, I don't believe i-sure to be malicious and anyone who does want to try it should create a system restore point before installing and disable Kaspersky, or any other personal security software. I personally am refraining from trying again until there's evidence they've rectified the software.
