Sounds like a good time to start up

I was thinking a youtube style website with money saving videos and expert advice from the big man martinDjK-UK: 2 Kids + 1 Wife = The only ways I can't save money.0 -
I really liked Martin's previous show where he gave people money-makeovers. I'm sure these had a run of repeat showings, so why can't 'It Pays to Watch'? Although some of the content may be very topical surely most of the 'messages' apply all of the time?:money: Dedicated disciple of MoneySavingExpert.com and Savvy MoneySaver :A

I've just seen this... and am gutted to be quite honest.
Martin, I really don't want you over working yourself cherub, but this programme was an education to lots of people, and has inspired them to follow your brilliant advice...
There have been many more people who have joined this fabulous forum in the last 11 months (down to IPTW in my humble opinion), and have benefited financially because of YOU... :A
I could go on for ages about this decision by Channel 5, but I'll not... Just to say I, and many others will miss you tremendously on Wednesday evenings at 7:30pm...
Thank you for everything you do for us... xxx................................... MSE MARTIN LEWIS ... :A ... THANK YOU.......................0 -
Oh no!! only just spotted this!!
I for one loved IPTW, and I know my dad and others did too (even my young children seem to be captivated which can only be a good thing!!!). I liked the way everything was explained so simply and made it understandable for even little old me! I also think it was suitable for all ages/backgrounds etc which was why it had such an appeal - handy for students to pensioners, there was something for everyone each week.
I hope the team all have other work lined up, surely someone else will jump at the chance to have you on their channel Martin??? after all money issues are the main topic in this country right now!!!
Enjoy the break from filming and look forward to seeing you back on our screens in the near future

perhaps a scaled down version could be done online (youtube maybe- costs supported by adverts?) - selected viewer situations / budgets reviewed, latest deals announced etc.
just write to Bank of England, they'll write you a cheque. they seem to be doing it for everyone else..:TLong time away from MSE, been dealing real life stuff..
