Vodafone..call centre ? network down yday, check ur bills
Vodafone family plan when down yesterday check you bills!!! i got charged! for calling people on the plan,
Yesterday i couldnt even get thru to them, trying all day, go thru to two people 1 a fool that was asking for all my details and even my pin, told him hes asking for TOOOOOO much details and hung up on him, (wasnt that nice over the phone)
2nd one told me, No wait HE assumed the reason im getting charged is because some people on the family plan are on voda pay as u go (!!!!!!!!) then put me thru to some one else before i could get a word in im on hold again then get cut off,
I'm going to just wait and call late as poss/ before they close, i think billing is only open untill 7pm or 8pm
I've been with vodafone for 11years ish, not had a major problem, not had a problem calling them,
So have they sacked every one !! ?

You are right , the family plan did go down yesterday.
Nice to be informed by vodafone , even simply with a text or anything
Sadly , my sim only is on a contract so i can't find out if they have taken it out untill the bill comes through.
But , thank you for the heads up
CLLC :dance: I am great , yes I am

CLLC > yep have to wait for the bill to come, vodafone will be billing everyone else who isnt going to question them,
just a note for every one else, Family plan was down on the 1st Dec0 -
Vodafone Family did go down and if you have been billed incorrectly you will get credited for it. The Advisor is meant to ask all your details (just paper) including name, first line of address, postcode, DOB, PIN number.0

Vodafraud, this overcharging " billing platform error " is becoming regular.......1 billion in savings i heard the chief exec say......half of that from customer overcharges seems the way
the last time Voda was satisfying to me was in 1994 when I paid 50p a minuteSO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe
