Good ISA rate?

My Nothern Counties Building Society ISA has dropped from 6.1% to 4.2% and was wondering what the next ones are?
I so Principality Building Society doing one at 5.5% and thinking maybe this is the best rate you can get?

That's if you think raes are going down further.0 -
