Hi I've looked and searched and I cannot find this listed, so sorry if it ihas been posted already.
Motorola C139 £14.99 inc £5 airtime on Orange from Carphone Warehouse and you can get £5 off at Quidco.

So you could say net cost £4.99.
Very basic phone, colour screen but cannot do MMS, but great battery life.

You may be able to do a Orange Value Promise and get Orange to match the best value PAYG Price Plan (probably Virgin) and coverage is a lot better (in my experience) than you get on Virgin. Not sure whether there are any catches on the Virgin PAYG OVP from Orange (like do you still get free voicemail?) but it might help someone???
