Hi all.
I wanted to let you all know to keep an eye on BT Vision bills. We all have phone bills and lots of people have set up bills that include most calls you make so you know what will come out every month. I am guilty of this too, expecting BT to do there job correctly. Well I have BT Vision and enjoy it along with the family. I have just the no bills package where you pay per view for films and demand services. So no bills except what you pay for. Well in April I was offered a free month trial of the services, I tried it then cancelled it at the end of April. Now I have discovered they never cancelled it and have charged me for the whole year, but I never had the services free they were still charged on my BT Vision box. So double whammy for me paid for something that did not appear on my bills and also charged as I watched. I have spoken to BT and they say they have no info on the free trial? and the order was cancelled in August. So after a lengthy phone call and determination on my part insisting it was not ordered and i cancelled the free trial in April they insisted I did not. So I then explained again what happened from start to finish. This time the call centre woman looked at a different system and amazing found me how lucky ? I think not. Said it was a computer error and that all charges would be re-funded up to today. The package cancelled and apologised for the mistake. So all I can say is check your bills and double check. I have a refund of nearly £100 so the free phone call is worth it.
