Hi Everyone, I'm new to posting but have be availing myself of your advice for the last 18 months or so. I started saving £2 coins a few months ago, I couldn't afford the terramundi pot but they are really beautiful. I consoled myself with a sealed tin from one of those stores which sells everything quite cheaply and picked my tin with pictures of £2 coins on the outside. I loved it so much I went back and bought one for £1, 50p and coppers so have 4 seled tins on the go and they only cost me a £1 each.
Got I really rant!!!
Purple tea 65 I would like to join to save for till xmas 09, but if you dont mind I'll continue in my tins.

Welcome to the club, duly added to the list.
It is entirely up to you whether you wish to save them up throughout the year or bank them when you feel you have enough saved, I'm sticking mine in my money pot and will break it open when it's full as I did with the terramundi.

It used to seem like I was always receiving £2 coins but I haven't had a single one since I joined the challenge!! :mad:NSDs: 4/50

Thankyou so much, I feel so honoured as have I now have a membersip number and have even updated my signature with it.
Well no £2 coins today although my tin is really heavy and is about half full I think. Although I have put 4p into my coppers tin. Every penny helps!
