Morning,
Everyone appears to be doing brilliantly saving the coins, well done to everyone.
I have to agree that there doesn't seem to be that many about despite releasing £400 of them back into circulation last week.
Got one yesterday that has gone into my money pot.
Happy Sunday everyone.

I must be blind... I've not seen this thread until now! May I be added to the list too?
Received a 'holiday fund' tin for Christmas, which alleges that it can save over 500 £1 coins in it. So, I figured that by saving £2 coins I'd be nearer my target...
The problem is that I've no idea how many I have in there, but it'll be a nice surprise when it's full (if you lot don't take all the £2 coins first!!) :-), I'll hazard a guess at about 20 coins since Jan... onwards and upwards!0 -
I've got two more that have just gone into my tin.....:D
Mine will be opened at the beginning of April and converted into Euros - it will provide me and the children with "waffle money" for our holiday at EasterSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. Morning indiegirl,
Welcome to the club, duly added you to the list.
Some people (like me) are saving them in sealed pots and others are banking when they have enough so it's entirely up to you how you do it. I love the idea of the tin.
Happy Saving
