  • Hi

I've been reading the MSE Forums for so long - now's the time for action!

I've a lovely Christmassy tin that I can't bear to put in the recycling bin so it will become my saving vessel for all the £2 coins that will become captive from 1st January.

Hopefully by following the advice on here and saving some money Christmas '09 will be a lot less stressful on our finances than ever before!

    Hugs

Decluttering, home-making and 'proper' cooking are my priorities this year and trying to finish all those unfinished hobby projects before spending any more money!

Another shiny one for me today in my change from the lovely lady at the Tesco checkout. Does anyone else get a wee smile when they see one coming out of the till - or is that just me?

  • Hi Purpletea65

Could you please add me in.

Have been saving for the last couple of years but i haven't logged onto mse for ages.
I can't tell you the difference it's made in saving the £2s. Helped pay towards our move a few months ago and of course Christmas. Now back to saving again:D
Great to see so many members :j Hope there's not a shortage of coins with us all hoarding them ;)

I'm off so see if i can sort my sig out, it's disappeared as i've been away for so long!
    Thank You, GrannyK:T

Duly added to the list, numbers are on the front page.

Just a reminder you do not need to save them up until Christmas 2009 and then bank them, feel free to bank them at anytime you wish.

If there is anyone else that wishes to join in, just leave a note on here and I'll add you next time I log on.

    Happy saving everyone :D
