Is it me or do £2 coins seem to have been wiped off the face of the earth?

I'm of the same opinion. although it could just be that I shop on plastic too often, so never get any change. :rotfl:
I'm still collecting my £2 coins whenever I can but have been dropping them into a sealed pot, so I haven't a clue how many are in there. Last year's got spent on a greenhouse that got wrecked in the winter storms after we moved house.
This year, I'd like reinforcements for the new greenhouse, so my £2 coins will be released by autumn and, hopefully, work their way to someone on here. Would it be wrong to add a drop of pink nail varnish on each and then you could let me know if you ever got one? :rotfl: I reserve the right not to spend.
The less I spend, the more I can afford.

That's not such a bad idea, you could then see where they end up and whether or not you ever get one back that you released earlier.
Okay....I think that I am now losing the plot.0 -
Finally, after a long drought, was handed over another one this morning - so now off to update my signature!0

After not having any for ages I got 4 yesterdayDiSealed Pot Challenge # 0070

The Bad News - I was tidying the shelves on the bookcase and move my money pot and didn't put it back properly and it fell to the floor scattering coins everywhere

The Good News - I have counted up what was there and in £2 coins alone, we have saved £156 so far
which I have now bagged up and will bank ASAP
I need to find somewhere else now to stash the coins :cool:0 -
