Zavvi have cancelled all outstanding orders as their stuff is supplied by a subsidiary of woolies... so if anyone has anything on order from them, i would be prepared to maybe have to re order from elsewhere, you will get notification from them as to what to do and can expect a refund....

Thanks for that. I have got a few things on order with Zavvi, so will probably hear from them. I have also had a despatch note over a week ago for an item but it hasn't arrived yet, better get that chased up.0

That is going to hurt their sales badly. I hope it does not bring them to their knees.0

as they say, not a decision they have taken lightly...
i had ordered 3 things, 2 were on back order so i found them in stock on play.com so cancelled those 2... the 1 i'm waiting on, well i dunno what to do... it's not vital that i get that one, so will wait for refund or advice from them....I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
I only just received my order last week from them.
I better point out that they will tell people in the next few days if you item is affected. They are not cancelling all orders. Please wait till they tell you as you will be doing a run on them otherwise for items they may still have.0 -

Your OP still says they've cancelled all orders, though...have they, or haven't they?0 -
According to their website it sounds like they've suspended taking any new orders for most items too!Baby Year 1: Oh dear...on the move
