Of course you can. You don't eat minstrels anyway...you melt the chocolate in your mouth and suck it out of the cracked shell...

so cruel! I managed it, they are now in the kitchen with one of those clippy things on to keep them shut. Haven't had chocolate for a few weeks now and feel much better for it but it's sooooo tempting when it's open like that.
