Morning All
Have you opened door number two on the Advent Calender?
What Christmassy things are you up to today?

Someone's pinched all our snow!!!!
I love snow but we never seem to get much around here, and when we do it melts so quickly.
Good luck in your exam & make sure you dry your hair properly (and wear a hat)!LBM:FEB 2008

We haven't got any snow yet! But it has been forecast and although we get snow very rarely the very few times we have had it the whole place has ground to a halt!Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

Morning all!
The tide has turned and the Bunny Warren is almost back to normal-the kids slept well last night (thanks to Mr Benylin Night Cough) and it's done them the world of good-still keeping them off, don't want them to go back then get a phone call asking me to come get them! I feel loads better except for a rotten cough still and my chest is tight and wheezy.
Good luck today Sammy, Im thinking of you, but I know you'll be fine.
The sun is shining! Woohoo! As for Christmassy things-DH heeded my plea yesterday and ISN'T working today (except for his normal night shift) so he's going to put the lights up outside the house. Yeah! (And did I mention how glad I am he's not working? I had a little meltdown last night because I miss him and told he's working too much AGAIN)
Enjoy Tuesday everyone xEmpty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -
Morning everyone!
I should be painting my bathroom this morning but keep finding distractions

morning all - a very snowy place here today... Big g is off, golf course being closed of course due to snow, so he took erin to school and i have been swimming.... very nice it was too...!
I fell on my buum this morning on garden path, noone saw me thank goodness but the ache is kicking in now... good job i have padding!
Was at runclub last night, almost 3 miles, felt pretty good....
so all in all a positive outlook today....
ooooh! Zavvi have cancelled all outstanding orders are their stuff is supplied by a subsidiary of woolies... so if anyone has anything on order from them, i would re order from elsewhere and expect a refund!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
Morning Bunny, glad to hear that you're slowly getting better. Stay warm & supervise the DH from inside the house. Glad you guys are going to get a day together, even if the littleies are still poorly.
morning Laura - think how fantastic the bathroom will look once you've finished. One wall, have a cup of tea, come and say hi, then the next. We can be your virtual cheering section.
Hope your bum gets better soon Maz!LBM:FEB 2008

Morning everyone

Good luck Sammy! x x x
Glad you're on the up Bun.
Well done on the swim Maz! I've not been for two weeks  the cold is putting me off - you can tell me I'm a wimp
Working from home today, my favourite! :T bit worried about OH though, he complained of being cold all evening, he is NEVER cold - jeans and t shirt all year round and never wears socks indoors - he was so cold he got up at 3am and made a cup of tea
he can't take time off work as everything has gone tits up and they have to clear the building by Friday as it is being dismantled. Poor thing. Think I will go and get him some lemsip and Nice Things to cheer him up tonight.
Right, best do some actualy work...0 -
Even better!good plan rugby....need to start with breakfast though!
Christmas starts a bit early in the rugby house.
Saturday is 6th so St. Nicholas is coming to visit. Unfortunately as usual rugby has forgotten to get bum in gear and buy any tiny prezzies for the offspring!
I remembered the chocolate though! hmmmmm.... must be the diet.
I tried a fudge recepie yesterday, it tastes fab, but won't set!LBM:FEB 2008
