Morning everyone, (my pound sign isn't working!).

    Hi Sparky,

so you've got your lappy back but your 'pound' sign isn't working? Have you checked to see if it's hidden under an upper shift different key.? A couple of my keys aren't where they're supposed to be.

    Toodles.

I had to empty my tin to-day, £7 in copper :D

    Well done Lost2,

Seven pounds in copper is a *LOT* of copper, your tin must have weighed tonnes, well done, and just think, other people throw coppers away .

    Hello jacki981,

Welcome to the challenge, Sue-UU will be along shortly to give you a brand spanking shiny number, in the mean time you've to find a *SEALED* Pot, so that you're not tempted to open it like some un-mentionable people .

    Hi there everyone,
Going on a cruise for 9 days and visiting New York in July 2010 so i want as much money as possible i not sure if i will get my target but i will give it a good go :D :rotfl:
My pots are extremely heavy so me thinks i will count it and put it into an isa or something :D
    JS

    Hi JordanShannon,

Well done of achieving 'extremely heavy' pots, I think somewhere with interest would be the best place for them, let us know how much you've managed to save hey? and I'm sooooooo envious of your holiday next year, a cruise AND New York, it will be fantastic, are you hoping to do all the mega shopping spree stuff?

Have a good one, I'm sure you'll get yourself sorted out.

    Hi everyone,

    So.........I've had another brainwave!

(*everybody runs away and cowers in the corner*)

As I still don't seem to be managing to put anything into my pot, but do appreciate it that every little helps, I thought that I would adopt a 'Twinnie' for the day. In that I would match whoever puts the SMALLEST amount into their tin, there's no way I can match some of the larger amounts so this is a realistic goal.

So for yesterday (Friday) Greenbynature was my Twinnie in that I've put 40cents into the pot and today (Saturday) Elsie is my Twinnie so I've put 30cents into my pot. Be gentle with me folks.

    Toodles.
