A really warm welcome to the thread lanieloola, lovely to meet you! :D Enjoy yourself here and have great fun saving. You'll find your number at the bottom of the list on post 2 of page 1. If you haven't already done so then read through posts 1 & 2 as it'll help you with any queries.

Bad luck about the slide LC2, it'll be easier as they progress to recreation swings - I know, I still love em, see-saws too!!! ;)

sparky, at times I still find it all so hard to believe! Fantastic though! :j

Many congratulations on passing your uni exams Shelley!!! :T You really deserve to after all the hard graft you've put into it all. Very well done!

I'm so pleased he had such a brilliant time MSFC!!! :jI was pleased to see you stayed up with him whilst he poured the evening out to you, wonderful memories for you all in years to come! Thanks for sharing it all with us, and I'm so glad you got your photos;)..or will have on Mon!

Though I so easily understand your fears sams, do try not to worry. IF you should have it then there are so many new drugs now that can help sufferers live a normal life so long as they take them. Even driving isn't definately out as it depends on when you have them and how long you can go without having a seizure...and all that is IF you should have it. However, if the chances are that you don't, then don't worry about something that might never happen. I'm not sure about getting in touch with the DVLA yet though, I'd wait and see after the EEG results. If they show you have it, then's the time to contact them as it's only right to, but I wouldn't until the need is there. Just don't drive til they're sure!

Sue. New friends wishing to join us, please just ask and I'll be with you ASAP.

I am in a brighter place this morning, thank you all for your kind thoughts and words. I shall face the tests with a positive attitude, and the DVLA say they only want to know if the EEG is positive and not until then. The guy said a 'remote possibility' carries the same risk for everyone driving, no one can be 100% sure. So unless the tests say No, then I can drive. But I confess I shall drive a lot lot less until those results! Trains for me for a while.

Only 20p for a pot last night
