Oh thanks Heavens for that sparky!!:kisses3: Tis that Kas that's the main one to watch, reb too!! I swear that whenever they're on the naughty seat, if I dare turn my back that they make faces and change places, they need taking in hand sparky!
Aha, that goodness for that Hales, I was a bit concerned about you at the weekend and said so in my post, but you're ok and it's good to have you back.
Well done cheap_charlie, a great amount!!.....You're not alone with not having loose change dippykitty, we'll both sob together!
Hello there WER. That's right it's that ruddy Kas that's your lass (I got muddled at the weekend and accused one of tothers!) and what a handful she is. I sympathise with you having had to deal with her all those years. No wonder your DH wants to have a greenhouse, a possible hiding place when she visits! Good to see you WER!
Keep up the great work everyone, we're doing so well and it's only April yet!
Have a great day and look after yourselves!

Hello to all you sealed pot challengers.
Not been around much lately so need to update.
Still plugging away quite happily although a touch slower than i would have liked but SWMBO has cottoned onto my plans and is helping herself to my change before i can get it in the pot!!
Still my terrimundi is now about 3/4 full and i have about another £4 in coppers in a metal unsealed tin next to it.
Not 100% convinced the original plan for my pot contents still applies however much i would love for it to as our step son threw us a curve ball by applying for uni and getting accepted so I think any 'spare' cash will go towards supporting him as even though he isnt mine i feel responsible enough to not to want him in three years time to have 20k of debt!!
Hope everyone is well and i'll pop back soonThose who risk nothing, Do nothing, achieve nothing, become nothingMFW #63 £0/£5000 -
Greetings one and all.
I haven't posted on this thread for a while, but decided I needed to because I have been severely tempted to take the top off (albeit it would be a nightmare) and count how much is in there. About a week ago I decided that if I got a £2 coin in my change that would go into my pot. A few days ago I popped into the local shop to get some basic essentials and handed over a £20 note. The person then said sorry I haven't got any notes, I will have to give you £2 coins instead. So out I came with £16 worth of two pound coins.Everything went into the pot. Mind you, it will mean that I am drinking water instead of my little coffee treats that I have at work. Will my body be able to cope with the lack of caffeine?
At this rate I think I will need to revise my amount and change it to £500 (I so so so so so want to check how much is in there)Lightbulb Moment  Sept 2006
Proud to be dealing with my debts.

Nothing to put in my pot but don't worry Reb I will still beat you not that its a competition of course!!!
Well its back to the washing and cleaning see you tomorrow x x LC2Mutiny....do I hear a mutiny is planned?
The only one I will be a part of is at my vets.
I may have to empty my pot to pay the vets fee for my poor little dog who had to have some cancer lumps removed this week.
Bless her, :A she is not at all well.
Don't worry about how much you have in your pots...
of course it's not a competition....
just a race to fill it the fullest, with the highest numbered notes. LOL!
But never worry mine will be empty soon me thinketh.
Now off to earn some money.
Must fill my pot, must fill my pot!I don't get to come on here too often.
Too buzy money saving!0
