My pot hasnt seen much action recently :rotfl: but because I am failing so miserably with the GC, I am literally counting down the days till payday as Im all maxed out on the overdraft :mad: so all my lovely change that was ear marked for my pot is having to be used instead for random things I need prior to getting paid.

Happy to report road kill of 4p ! it was in a very public place where I found it but I still picked up and didnt care what people thought of me. after all pennies make pounds

Well the 21st party was fantastic, got to see family I don't get much of a chance to see :j . I've definitely got to learn sign language, as my cousin & her husband are both deaf, and I would love to sign with them .
Plus I got 2 X £2 coins in change :T .

Don't worry about raiding your pots, we;re very forgiving here, and it's nice to have an emergency fund .

I did manage about another £2 odd plus change in tonight/this morning. , sorry I'm as "fissed as a part", if you know what I mean :rolleyes: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Hurray, finally got a £2 coin to put in pot and did a BT to a low rate life of balance card so feeling positive financially this Sunday morning.

Slow going with my pot, only small change going in. I am still on my first Coke tin so will have to make a definite effort to get on track, aim to have 4 tins filled for opening day.

pot is huge though and amount in there looks tiny, maybe bad psychologically?!

Morning all. I put about £5.00 in my potties last night after catching up with an old friend I haven't seen for about 18 years...I also got a letter of apology from Selfridges - which contained a £40 gift card. So my moaning and complaining definitely paid off. Not sure if we're going out later, so may not add much more to the pot. I have a mystery shop to do tomorrow though so that will give me a few pennies. I'm also going to get a couple of the £1 easter eggs from sainsbos tomorrow as the offer runs out then. Laters. xxx

:hello: HI LC Well done on your gift card . Not much going in my pot to-day as not going out. Put some in my £2 tin but don't count that as I keep it seperate. Well been good so far just picked up jar to see heavy it is will have to empty it soon but will NOT COUNT it. Just put it away for December. You Know its only ten months away !!!!! x LC2
