well i ordered evies dedication cake this morning and i got the one i wanted at less tan i thought they would charge, only £5 over what i said id pay for a normal cake, and they dont want a deposit they are happy to either take a credit card payment now or pa cash in full when i colect it, so im paying cash when i get it, so no raiding the tin as i can get everything sorted now.
looking on the house as at least someone else is paying to get it fixed, would be much harder if i was living there with jos to pay for and a dedication to organise.
got a few silver bits to put in the tin today but not much, should have some tomorrow though when ive taken noah out with his friends.
back to comping in 2017, fingers crossed

Hello all. It's a lovely sunny day here -spring is not far away:j

I caught DH peering into the top of my pottery piggy last night:eek: and had to immediately remove it from his grasp in case he became too tempted.

I have no idea what's in it but it is getting heavier. I will sneak another £1 coin in it latericon7.gif

    Have a nice day everyone!

Finally back online after my weekend away, OH was giving me some funny looks at 4am on Tuesday when I was collecting roadkill from the underground carpark where he works, but the result is a nice fat gold one and another £1 odd in coppery and silvery ones (just from a wander around four parking spots while he packed the car:eek: - the car park has over 300 spaces I almost wish I'd had longer to wander!).

Not been out anywhere I'm likely to find or spend since other than a trip to the beach with OH and my spotted lunatic - they ran themselves silly while I strolled so I treated them to an icecream each, not sure who had the sillier expression while I was bringing them back to the car for them the hound or the male. :rotfl:

  • Nothing in the tin for me today - it'll have to go hungry untill payday on Monday unless I find any roadkill

..... I did catch myself peering into the tiny slot in the tin with a torch though, wondering how much is in there!!! God forbid opening it to count - it'd be waaaay too tempting to sneak some out while the tape was off!!x
