Looks like a few of you will be getting lines. My one in school used to be "Sparky, 100 lines, I must not walk into the maths room smiling", guess what? Sparky, they didn't want you to smile!!! That's ridiculous! Sounds a bit like the college I went to! I hated it there. The teachers were morons, one even threatened to jump out of the window cos no one was listening to her. She didn't seem to realise it was her job to be interesting. We weren't mean to her, but she was flippin boring!
Nice to meet you too Kel, thanks for the info on the avatar. I will have to go and look for a picture!"Snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things, but just look what they can do when they stick together."

Rose,
The math's teacher was a miserable old !!!!!!, I think he hated kids (good choice of career lol), the rest of them faired no better, and they wondered why kids played truant, I stopped turning up after 2nd year, I got most of my secondary education from the library and Liverpool museum. Still I haven't done too bad from it, I've managed to hold down a job, buy a house, get married and build up a tidy debt lol :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:Sparky0107 - Sealed pot challenge member #002. Welcome to the challenge debsthe1. Good to 'meet' you.
Enjoy yourself, this is quite a thread and very addictive! You'll find your number at the bottom of the list on post 1 of page 1, read through posts 1 & 2 as it'll help you with queries.
Congratulations huxley! :jI also received a reward voucher (£20!!!) for a store through a survey so have put the equivalent in the pot!!!......Well done on your lottery win luckycharlie!! :DI don't doubt that it's this site AND this thread are bringing you such luck!!!...Well done Lula, you've so much to be proud of as it is!!! :T.....What an example to set to Eeyore moneysavingfamilycomp!!! He'll soon be covering his eyes and ears as you get near him!!:o I hope you're STILL on the naughty chair!!!......You too then luckycharlie!!:mad: You don't deserve to be on the same naughty seat as the 2 of you together will only get up to even more mischief!!!!.......Heck, I'm almost turning into one of my dreaded teachers!!!! ........Try to still make yourself put the £1 in your pot xxbabyxflutterbyxx, after all if you hadn't found it you wouldn't have spent it!! Go on make yourself, you'll be glad you did come Christmas or whenever it is you need it!!!:D....Naughty, naughty sparky! Another one admitting having lines then! The only one I so easily remember writing was "Fooling in class always results in dire punishment"!!! I only recall it as it was the first time I'd ever heard of the darn word "dire" I could see why he used the adjective though as writing that out 500 times was pretty darned dire, I just didn't say so!!!....Now now young Jess, 6p is NOT patheticand before this challenge you wouldn't have saved it now would you! It's 6p closer to Christmas presents!:T Don't worry about the bf, all in the learnings of life, another (possibly even better) will come along in good time, so don't lose any sleep over them!!!
My PC's playing up tonight. I've rebooted and ran spybot and antivirus checks, but nothing. If you don't see me tomorrow folks then I may need to use hubby's instead under a different name? If that happens then I'll sign "Sue" below as normal so you'll know.
Have a lovely weekend everyone and whatever you do keep saving (and looking for) pences and keep your hands off the contents of your pots, especially moneysavingfamilycomp and luckycharlie!!!!!!
