Hi Everyone
Had a super day for the pot today :j lots of change to go in! Nice £2 coin to go in the £2 coin and Fine (for not going swiming pot) and over £1 for the other pot. So all in all a good day. Spent some money joining the gym today so I can use the pool for unlimited time...having gone twice today once at 7 this morning and did 30 lengths and them at lunchtime with my work mate and did 26 lengths.
Off to update signature now!! YAY!!
junior_j - congrats on the boyf...how has day 2 of the romance been?
:heart:I'm getting married in 9 weeks!:love:15th May 2010:love:0 -
Only one 20p coin for the tin today and a tiny amount of shrapnel.
I did get a £10 M&S voucher from Valued Opinions in the mail however - and have stashed that in another tin for when I need it0 -
A small handful of change in to the bottle today, and a resolution to post more often, I seem to add change most days but forget to pop in here and catch up with everyones news.
My shaking out the males jeans for change has been stopped for a couple of weeks as he's away on an exersize and 'probably' wont bother coming home this weekend (its only a 400 mile drive whats wrong with him??? lol). And he only just mentioned a 6 week exersize abroad in a month or so (because I wouldnt have noticed his absence for almost two months if he hadnt ). Getting a shocking amount of grief about my lack of taking him to meet my mum though, she seems not to realise she was away when we got together and now hes away so I cant exactly pull him out of a hat to meet her.
But in the meantime I have been tidiying up at home and found some shiney change to add and am about to start shaking out my Dads pockets while I put the washing on - see I am a good daughter!
Still looks like quite a pathetic amount though, none the less I'll be persevering and keep looking for a bar job to keep me busy while the males not around to add a few more coins to the collection. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Hi - good day today for the pink pot - a huge handful of change - I decided this morning how much I wanted to spend today in the last of the sales shopping - instead of putting change in my purse I put it in my jeans then just emptied it straight in the pot when I came home - didnt even count it - boy it felt good!! :T:xmastree:0

Well done for getting the road kill too. I never find any!
Hi Rosepink, as Jenchin says I'm the long arm of the law, so it's my job. Best thing to do if you see one is to find a member of staff or their security.

Found a whole 1p road kill today, just when I was giving up hope of finding the precious, there it was shining at me from a shop door way :rotfl:
Along with my usual £1 and bits of shrapnel from my purse, that makes £1.22 for the kitty. Its all adding up nicely :j:j:jYou've got to be in it to win it!! Just believe to receive!! :j
