carolynw - do the words above mean you wish to join us?? If so, I'd be grateful if you'd kindly ask to make it easier for everyone to know.

Go on, do yourself proud elizabunny! BTW, don't listen to all that sparky says, he has such a vivid imagination!!! One great guy though!!...... darcy, I hope your little lad soon gets better and stops that awful scratching, poor little chap. Good for DH ratty!!....As sparky rightly says Shelley, do stick with it, nothing worth having in life comes easy and so many others would love to be in your shoes. Uni is bound to be a little boring, just like school and college, but you got through them fine!!! .....I hope you're soon feeling much better flowerofthewest, great idea with the decision. ....I see Hales - a right nosey parker then!!!! .....All the best for tomorrow luckycharlie!

Have a good Thursday folks all and be careful of that snow if you've got it.

Sue PS. Any new friends are welcome to join us, please just ask and I'll be with you ASAP.

    Debt-free and Proud!
    Good morning to all,
A few gold coins into my celebrations box this morning, and 1p of road change towards my debt found yesterday. :j

JPWhittle, hope everything is OK with your DS and the rest of the family are getting over the flu bug <<hugs>>

Darcy, also hope your DS is not scratching his chicken pox too much, irritating little blighters (the spots not your DS lol) ;)

Snickers0607, LC & Sue, I see the "pocket Raiders" are in fine fettle, and still relieving their OH's of any loose change, I hope you ladies are going to share the fortune with your chaps lol

Mogwai, you have to go through years of torture, to learn the way of the "road change" snaffler, it takes a lot of willpower not to walk past dropped coins (also stunty & I have first dibs) lol. My "road change" pot is up to nearly £43 in just under 10 months. :D

To all sealed pot challengers, you're all doing really well, keep putting your change into your pots, the mint will probably have to produce some more coins before the year is out lol
    :T :T :T :T

Keep safe everyone, have a great Thursday

I need to have road kill lessons from Sparky and Stunty - I reckon though that you guys have been a ninja mission of the South's pavements as there never seems to be any road kill here.

Well done mommy of 4. I'm gonna try and do some NSD this month too. Might try and see how many I can do in a row but think I'll start that from Monday as I know I have to spend on some things today and tomorrow :)

Another £2 in the pot for me today. Finding it difficult because I need to make sure we don't need it for anything else before it goes in! Hubby has left a couple of quid on his bedside table for a few days, going to give it till tomorrow morning then it's claimed as mine.

Hi, i would like to join in the challenge please! I'm going to try to save £1 a day, and today I will count up all the change I have in my piggybank - I always put 1p's 2p's and 5p's in there and then put them in the bank when I get enough, but from now on I will do this challenge as well. I only have an old purse to save in, which will be tempting, so I WILL find a pot!
