Hi all - just a couple of small clunks for me today and no roadkill.
I have just watched a programme on ITV where an old couple have picked up pennies on the road for the last 22 years and have given the proceeds being £369,000 to charity - they say they may stop at £500,000 - well that would do for me - so I will keep looking!
Back to work tomorrow - boo!!:xmastree:0 -

I have been putting the odd bit of change in my tin over the last few days, it's getting very heavy. I went into school today and found 50p I have left in my drawer and I got really excited, how sad is that!0

Hi everyone
First day back at work and i've got quite a few clunks in my tin today. I found 9p on my desk that I forgot I'd left there before Xmas and then I found my first bit of road kill at lunchtime, a magnificent 1p!! Would you believe in front of the cash machine  Thought they only gave out notes :rotfl:I then had a little splurge on some scratchcards. I spent £5 and won back £11, so thats another £6 in the tin. So with my usual £1 and shrapnel from my purse my grand total for today is £7.18 :j:j:jYou've got to be in it to win it!! Just believe to receive!! :j2024 Wins - Feb: Fae Magazine - Mar: 2 Tickets to Living North Live - May: Hellmans Bucket Hats

Confession time for me, I had to raid my £2 jar so that I coud buy some milk.:o
The stupid thing is that it wasn't that I had no money, but I had no cash on me and I decided it was too cold to walk the extra 200m to the cashpoint to get some out. Well it is very cold:o:o:o
