  • I put my first 10p in my new tin which I found under the sofa.
DH decided the sealed pot that I had been filling since the summer to open it without telling me. Was not happy as it was only half full so I have sent him to the bank with all the change and told him to come back with £1 coins about £50 worth so they are all going back in the new tin ( I haven't told him that bit)

found two pound and 30 pence on my sons floor today (in one and two pence's) when giving it its annual clean. Usually i give him his privacy and he cleans it up himself. But I sand blast it in time for the new year so he has a good start. Any way he tells me he doesn't use copper as it is a pain and i can have any that i find hence it has been added to my pot.
