Hi everyone :j
I just came across this post and would like to join the challenge for 2009. I'm in the US at the moment and won't be back in the UK til the 14th so will start the actual savings then.
I did something similar for this year and managed to save 221 pounds (no pound sign on this US keyboard) in 50p and 2 pound coins. For 2009 I'm aiming for 2 pound coins only, with a minimum of 2 per month, hopefully.
I've no target for the savings, just to show myself that I can save for a whole year. That money will go towards debt reduction
