Aol problem

I signed up with aol earlier this year to the laptop offer and I ahve had nothing but problems with them. Sometimes I go for days without internet connection and other times it just goes funny for no reasons.
Is it possible to get out of the contract ( I think its 18mth) or am I stuck with it?

If youve signed up (and got the laptop) i cant see how you can negotiate out - talk to them and resolve the problems

has something happened to AOL over the past few months? Our speed is non-existent and we have to call India once a week to get them to reset our router. All I see is people complaining about them.

Got my PAC code off them this week, so its all good :beer:
