Hmm, maybe it's because i'm so cynical in my old age (i'm 25)
but just had a phone call from Amazon, claiming because i took part in a survey 6 months ago on their site, that I won a fortnight holiday for 4 (or 6 as a free upgrade), with accommodation and flights to any country from a list of 30.
They knew my name, age and address.... didn't ask for anything, just wanted to ring up and congratulate me, and said everything all the details will be sent to me in an Amazon package over the new few days...
I'm trying to find the scam!!

Wow that does sound amazing - if that is a win then huge congratulations!
I guess all you can do is wait & see what turns up & I'm sure you know to watch out for admin fees/charges, high cost phone 'booking' lines, meetings (timeshare) that sort of thing. It sounds legit to me but I'd wait and see what they send you - it'll probably be more telling
