no Page 12 is your last page in the book, page 13 is the inside of the back cover. The front and back are the first box. The barcode is the give away. Good to write some stuff about whats in the book, like details if they are of something like holiday, or graduation, Birthday can say what year etc.

it means i can put picture on page 12 not page 13? as they show the red cross on page 13 as not allow to put picture there

Code expires today apparently, so be quick, as although a UK website the book comes from Germany and wonder if it closes at midnight European time (i.e. 11pm BST).

Same here, a cute little book but not worth the cost (if you have to pay for it).
