I have to admit I was a little disappointed with it, considering it was worth £12.95. I'd never pay that for something like that.

We were going to give it to DH's Nan for Christmas but it doesnt seem a lot on its own or maybe that is me feeling obliged to spend more on people at Christmas as I'm sure a lot of people do.

I've had a thought though, that I can cut some of the pictures out and put it in a 3-framed photo frame and that might add something to it!
  • Mine arrived this morning, I have to agree with most of the posts on this thread that it is fab for a freebie but not worth £12.95 which it costs. Thank you for posting it though, much appreciated :)

OK, I have done a 60 page book which comes to £30 after the £5 joining bonus and I have gone through Quidco which offers 25% back so I should get £7-50 back. (sadly missed the £12 odd offer because it took a while to put together and upload.) Is it going to be worth £22-50?...hell, can I get a photo book anywhere for that price??

Actually thinking about it, the free 12 book is just a stapled booklet, as described on their site...i'm not surprised there is some disappointment in this thread. It's not supposed to be a "photobook" is it? Don't get me wrong, I think its amazingly generous of the company, its just the comments of people who have been priveliged enough to receive this freebie have almost put me off spending any money with this company. Thats hardly fair when they gave you a freebie is it?!

I'll let you know what their proper photo books come out like.

  • The print quality is better than the Bonusprint photobooks (I got a few of them with another offer a while back) and the paper quality is much better too.

£12.95 is still a lot though, for only 12 pages, and I'm glad it was a freebie. Thanks again OP!

Hi I haven't got mine yet, but just received an email telling me that it is on it's way. I think it takes quite a long time before you get and with the free code I am sure that they have had loads of orders.

It IS a FREEBIE and you know what they say about looking a gift horse in the mouth!!

We had the choice to have the free book stapled or spiral bound.

It didn't look like it was worth £13, but that's because it wasn't. It was more like £8, if I remember correctly... I think it's a bit off to include the P+P in a valuation!

To be honest, the only reason why the book didn't look expensive, was because there weren't very many pages in it. If you had enough pages (ie. paid for more pages), it wouldn't look bad at all. Shipping could have been quicker, but it came all the way from Germany. All in all, I'd recommend this company. Just make sure to order with plenty of time to spare before the day you need your book for.
  • I think this was a fantastic freebie even thou i agree that it was not worth £13 but it is worth anything someone would pay for it.
I think more pages and maybe a little bigger this would be a fabulous photo book.
I got a spirraled book, and the paper is of excellent quality the best thing about it is that it was free.
But i will be ordering from these in the future.

I think it's much better people give you an honest opinion rather than raving over something just cos it's free. I got mine this week spiral bound 12 pages alot smaller than you'd imagine and certainly wouldn't be worth spending £12.95 on. As a freebie sure it's great but I wouldn't buy off them as the prints are too dark & paper's too cheap
    Wins: pink kids laptop :(
