I too had a lot of problems with the UPS delivery or should I say non-delivery service. I only got my photobook after emailing them twice and phoning 3 times-they couldn't find my place!!!they said my address DID NOT exsist!!!Stupid or what.:mad:
(Nothing to do with the photobook people, they had put the right address clear as day)
