That's what I suggested. I has got to be a wind up £200k down and still got SAT TV, 2 cars, mobiles, spent £5k on vet bills....... Whoever wrote it must be having a laugh ... they certainly don't like calling a spade a spade on that thread, too many hugs and pats on the back for those who are totally irresponsible for my liking.
Oooh dear you racked up £200k worth of debts and have nothing to show for it, what a shame, lets use some legal stuff and write it all off leaving the hard working prudent people of Britain to pick up the tab one way or another.
Too much !!!!!footing around rather than getting to the root of the problem that either 1. its a wind up 2. the person has had a bloody good time racking up that sort of debt, so its time to pay for IT.
Wind up! I noticed your post on there.'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. A single market without barriers visible or invisible giving you direct and unhindered access to the purchasing power of over 300 million of the worlds wealthiest and most prosperous people' Margaret Thatcher0 -
Wind up! I noticed your post on there.
They booted the one on the HOT DOGS, although it has been quoted in another post and being rather harsh.....
No-one has asked the question on the thread either on how come he has 20 credit cards. Seems to me a few porkie pies have been told in acquiring that level of debt in the first place.0 -
From the article:Electrician Lee, 31, and Melissa, 25, are responsible borrowers .....Lee ran up card debts and loans he could not affordMelissa has £20,000 card debts and loans that she is paying off at £200 a month through a separate debt-management programme.0

Because they've got rent/council tax paid and £1000 in their pocket each month, or work part-time for £500 and get nearly £1000 benefits top ups, they think everybody working will also get money for free too
Bless.
Aww PN, please not let us fall out.....
Although maybe my mind set is different to others on benefits as I have been part of the general work force and know what happens when you work and the lack of help that is around if you have a disaster (made redundant once, couldn't claim a bean as hubby was working over 16 hours a week despite having paid thousands over the years paying NI etc and we still had to pay all our mortgage etc)We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -

Didn't Clinton introduce a policy of handouts for five years to let you sort yourself out - then nothing?0

He did something along those lines although I thought the time period was shorter. I think it was under pressure from a Republican Congress and also popular support within the country.
There were predictions of mass starvation and social unrest (in The Guardian) but all that happened was that people took jobs that they wouldn't have wanted to take in the past.0
