hi guys,
Well tommorrow is the big day. After the most stressful month ever, wondering if have done the right thing ( i have ) I am finally going BR tommorrow at Birminham County Court. Now that the big day is almost here, I am almost looking forward to it, daft as that sounds. Will let everyone know how it goes. wish me luck guys, report back later

Hi Dodger61, me and my hubby went BR at Birmingham on 05th Nov not as bad as I thought alot of waiting around but very nice staff, judge I felt was a bit abrupt by mjy hubby said this was because we had tried to come to some agreement with our biggest creditor RBS and judge could not believe that they were not willing to help, 2 days later had call from OR with a date for a telephone appt, OR was very nice but straight to the point, still waiting to hear if we will have an IPA, OR confirmed car was exempt anyway sorry for rambling on all the best for tomorrow
