When I bought my latest PC it had both Quicken and Money on it. I ran them both for a few months and decided that Money is by far the better option. Especially the forecasts and reports.
Hope this helps.0 -
They are also my bank and I wanted to download statements. In order to do this you need to move to paperless banking. When you do this and they send out your monthly statement there will be an option to download the statement in Money format.HLK wrote:I bought the Uk version of Microsoft Money 2005 and although i can link to my bank though it I don't seem to be able to download statements. Bank of Scotland is listed as one of the banks supported but there anren't clear instructions anywhere. I did an 'export' via money and then tried to 'import' the file but I get a 'file corrupted message. can anyone help ?
I asked about doing this with the normal online banking but they said I would need to go to paperless if I wanted that. Guess they are looking to save as many costs as they can but I don't really see a problem with going for this service. You would be able to print off copies for yourself or go into a branch and request statements if you needed.0
