Hi
Does anybody have a UK based customer service number for Pipex as i keep getting put through to the Phillipines & they don't seem to understand my complaint.
I tried all the UK numbers listed on say no to 0870 but none work. Also does any one have contact dets for the chairman /chief executive or a contact number for the head of c/tomer services Gary Rodgus.
Thanks

Hi again
Just to add, the complaint is as follows.
Had my phone service with BT & b/band with Pipex. The phone number was the same for both. Have alwayd had b/band with Pipex (started 2005).
Jan 2007 changed my number to go x directory (done by BT). Told Pipex loads of times but they still billed me on the old number for b/band but the b/band still worked.
BT contract ended in Sept & to save money moved the phone service to Pipex (anytime package). They said they would def link the b/band to the new phone no. this time & that i maight lose the b/band for a few days.
I have had no b/band since Oct. I have been ringing their c/tomer services & IT support weekly. They keep promising but nothing happens & i am now getting bills with both numbers on & i am paying for a b/band service i am not receiving.
Has anyone got any ideas.
Should i go to trading standards or Otelo & should i start witholding payment.

Hello Again
Have today sent an e-mail the head of customer service at Pipex Gary Rodgus, (the person who's name is on all the letters) detailing my complaint but i don't hold out much hope of even getting a reply.
Just wondering if i want to go further do i contact Otelo or the new consumer body Consumer Choice.
Has anybody else had these proplems with Pipex.

Lots of us. Just do a search using either Pipex or Tiscali.0

Hello
Broadband still not working & all my e-mails & recorded ddelivery letters have beem ignored. I am now going to contact Otelo. However, i now want to ditch Pipex & switch to another provider (i realise i would have to explain the problem with the phone numbers to the new provider first).
Since Pipex have not kept to the contract re the broadband can they stop me switching as the contract with them is for 12 months. Should i check with Otelo first. Can anyone recommend a good supplier with good UK based c/tomer service i have heard that Plusnet are good.
Any ideas.
