i have in the past purchased electrical items from boots, and had said if hubby ( it was a shaver ) wasn't happy with it after he had used it can i bring it back, and the lady in boots was great, she said if you are not 100% happy a full refund would be given, so for those guys out there humming and haring which straighteners to go for , have a word first with the head of department and ask..
