Thanks guys
Retrieved phone and popped into Woollies who exchanged it wuthout a fuss......pwew
But no I didn't note down IMEI number ......thats what was worrying me.
So to everyone else...note the IMEI number down before you post your phone.
I would suggest you take this one step further and put a note in {as earlier post suggests} stating that you have recoreded the ime number this will put off speculatory scamstersFour guns yet only one trigger prepare for a volley.Together we can make a difference.0 -
Recieved my phones today and quite pleased, however I've received more phones than I ordered. Checked with credit card company and charged on 25th Nov for my 2 orders. How would I be best approaching Woolies as I can't get to sit in my lounge for boxes. Also it would appear one parcel has gone astray too as one ref only has parcel 2 of 2.
Please help
Thanks0 -
Just received a huge box with a sagem phone and Hi-fi.
However, I only received 1, when I ordered 2. ???
Maybe one of them is his. :-/
How many extra did you get? If it's just one over, they may not catch up with it, but if it's several they'll likely come back on a big delivery.
Just phone them and they'll arrange to pick up again I would think. Unless of course you're hoping to hold on to them, in which case you'll just have to sit it out and wait and see if they contact you.
I think I'm right in saying the items can't be classed as yours at this stage and therefore can't be disposed of as you see fit.Herman - MP for all!0 -

You need to give them a call and let them know. They will probably make arrangements to collect them, but if they don't, then you can keep them after 30 days (I think?)
Woolies were good enough to honour the orders which they didn't have to, only fair to show them the same courtesy.0 -
i'm willing to look after it for you and also pay the dif.Waddle you do eh?0

Honesty is the best policy.
Ring and tell them and at the same time tell them about the missing parcel too.How do I add a signature?0 -
