Woolies sagems - where do I stand??

I know this is probably not the place for this but I need a quick answer.

Can any one tell me if the F500i in the Woolworths pricing error/odder came with the SIM pre-installed.

I bought one which I sold unopened and buyer says it is dead and I was conned by my seller (woolworths).

I have to go meet them to collect the phone this morning.

I'm quite worried about this.

I hope before you sold it you took down the imei number to check against the one he says is dead.

He may have tried to unlock it, it may be one he already has and its broke so is trying to rip you off.

go in with your eyes wide open.

when I sell on ebay even though its sealed still open it and put a note in to say only opended to check contents and take down security details. at least then if it is broke or bits missing you know better.

Yep my f500i had the sim already in the phone. It works fine.

Yes mine had a sim in it too. Not used it yet as its a Christmas present for my daughter, but from memory you had to call vodafone to get your number.

Just wondered what sort of feedback the buyer had. If he had 0 or negative feedback then I would assume that he's definitely conning you, but if he has a pretty good positive feedback score then it should be a problem with the phone.

er not everyone with negative feedback would con you. what about retalitory negs.

But no I didn't note down IMEI number ......thats what was worrying me.

So to everyone else...note the IMEI number down before you post your phone.

Still waiting for mine and theyve taken my money last week.....not sure whats going on...have emailed them and phoend them but just get the usual its still on order crap!
