According to the online screen, my order seems to have been cancelled item by item (one day after the other) last week. I havent even bothered to ring and find out as it is all a dead loss.0

After many weeks and many emails, they tried to take the money for mine but I got an email saying that the transactions declined I checked and it would seem that they don't like Visa Electron cards so after all the waiting I'm at a loss as to what to do. Mates who paid by CC have had their phones within a few days of money being deducted without a problem.0

3 weeks ago I was told it would arrive within 7 working days. Didn't arrive; there's a shock. I've been told this twice more and still not here; 'a suppliers problem' . Phoned & e-mailed them countless times; no joy. If they don't arrive by next Tuesday I'll contact 'Which?' as I subscribe to it. Don't know what else I can do. Woolies should get their fingers out, don't they realise how bad this is for their PR??Ne illegitimi carbunculi tibi in facie sint0

Same here! It is starting to really annoy me now! They took £180 from me almost 2 weeks ago and still no sign of the mobile phones...plus I only asked for one of each lol.
But seriously....where are our phones?!?!?! I either want the phones or my money back! ???The main thing is to keep the main thing the main thing:)0
