According to the online screen, my order seems to have been cancelled item by item (one day after the other) last week. I havent even bothered to ring and find out as it is all a dead loss.

After many weeks and many emails, they tried to take the money for mine but I got an email saying that the transactions declined I checked and it would seem that they don't like Visa Electron cards so after all the waiting I'm at a loss as to what to do. Mates who paid by CC have had their phones within a few days of money being deducted without a problem.

and the phones have showed as ready for dispatch ever since.

3 weeks ago I was told it would arrive within 7 working days. Didn't arrive; there's a shock. I've been told this twice more and still not here; 'a suppliers problem' . Phoned & e-mailed them countless times; no joy. If they don't arrive by next Tuesday I'll contact 'Which?' as I subscribe to it. Don't know what else I can do. Woolies should get their fingers out, don't they realise how bad this is for their PR??

"Ready for Dispatch". Not much we can do - i'm sure they'd be more than happy just to cancel the order if I asked. Just got to hold tight i guess.

Same here! It is starting to really annoy me now! They took £180 from me almost 2 weeks ago and still no sign of the mobile phones...plus I only asked for one of each lol.

But seriously....where are our phones?!?!?! I either want the phones or my money back! ???
