I'm in a similar position - been at my current address for ages but still not on the electoral roll despite repeated attempts. I reckon Enfield council's funds for its voter registration officer were invested in Icelandic banks...
  • What a load of twaddle - seems it depends who you speak to! I moved to rented accommodation and sent away the form - 6 weeks later I was on the electoral role at my new address and it showed on my credit file as well. I say chase them - don't give them any more time. It's not like this is a small amount of your score - being on the voters role is kinda vital - especially if you lose points elsewhere. That's during normal circumstances, however, all the scores are higher now so every point helps!

Congrats on the new addition to the family and good luck with the new car!
