Experian - free 14 day trial - good calculators etc - https://www.experian.co.uk or https://www.creditexpert.co.uk
Equifax - free 30 day trial - no 'extras' as such - https://www.equifax.co.uk
The Experian one is most comprehensive in my opinion with good 'add-ons'.
