Cancelling O2 Bolt-Ons
Hi Everyone,
Have had a contract phone with o2 since August of last year and have a bolt on of text messages and also itemised billing. I was wondering if I call them would they allow me to cancel the Bolt-on as I don't need it anymore?
I would call them but apparently its 50p per min to call them so thought to ask here first
Thanks in advance!

as far as i know they got rid of the premium rate number, I rang an 0870 number last night when i lost my PAYG sim. Go to the help page on the o2 website or https://www.saynoto0870.com for a cheaper landline number0

Ring 100 for free.
You can view the account online, so could cancel the itemised billing as well. Ask for a username and password for the website log-in.0 -
Yesterday I sent them an e-mail to cancel my text bolt-on. I have today received an acknowledgement from them. I found the details under help on the o2 home page, then contact us.
I wish to cancel as the text bolt on is not good value. £5 for 100 texts.0 -
You can definitely cancel the bolt on. If you call the 0870 number from the mobile you're querying, they don't charge you for it. I did it the other day!0
