Combined Telephone and Broadband starter package

Do any of other money savers have some advice/tips for me. I'd like to get broadband at home but I really want to find a way to spend only ten pounds a month.
I have a BT line which is barely costing me more than the rental. Perhaps a joint phone/broadband connection, costing a combined 20 pounds a month is the way forward. Basically I can budget for 10 pounds a month for broadband, but not 15. Any tips welcome. :beer:
