Lol @ advising someone who says they're almost mute to go and talk to people ;):p :rotfl: You're fab Flower. :D

It's not just about getting tired. ;) I really need to cut back on the things that I do, not do more. If I go out I suffer a huge amount of pain for a long time afterwards aswell as being extremely mentally fatigued, physically exhausted, and unable to do even basic things. Getting out more often than I am now would just set me back further.

But I have been to a lot of appointments and been around town a couple of times over the last few months, I even travelled to Norwich alone and stayed there for the weekend, all without getting any panic attacks :D So I think I am getting there with that side of things. I've sorta realised that because I'm so foggy, stuff is only ever vaguely happening and only for a second and then its over and in the past. So worrying or getting panicky about stuff that will soon be in the past is pointless IYSWIM? Thats how I'm dealing with it anyway, seems to be working. :j *touch wood*

Thanks everyone for your thoughts and hugs :A Nikki xx

I aim to please...:rotfl: Seriously, glad you are getting there - The last bit you put about how you are dealing with stuff is a massive step forward and I can see you have it all planned out - Best of luck to you Nikki and when you get any doubts, feel down or just feel like chatting, come on here or PM me, I'll be happy to chat... take care... :A

    Morning everyone..
    I'm back in, pottering gently.
I've spent the last few days resting, having blood taken and having a registrar ferretting up my chuff!!
Unfortunately the pregnancy isn't viable and so its waiting and seeing what happens next...I figure I may as well get something done!

Pigpen pleased to hear you are ok, apart from the bruises. I would have reported for the simple fact it's worrying if someone can hit someone and not notice! Hit and run is illegal if they seen you and intentionally drove off. This was how my friends Great Great Aunt was stopped driving in her 80s as she hit someone without knowing and when the police asked her to read a reg number to test her eyesight when they called to see her she couldn't see the car!

Cards have arrived from boddy and from Pink Fairy

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: Sorry, I know how dangerous that actually is, but I did laugh... Don't you think that tests of some sort from a certain age or something should be mandatory (knowing my eyesight, about 35yrs old is a good start!)

Oh, and Boddy and Pink Fairy, stop showing off!!!!!;)
