I'll be in but working to my own list I expect. I usually do the kitchen on Monday.

Got DH's fishing stuff back up in the loft but DD2 is busy shoving boxes in the little bedroom ready to move.

We are in - even if only feebly.

I have just copied out the list so that the kids can start on their rooms before I get home from work but as I've just sorted most of DD's and DS did his before he went to his dads for the weekend so should give me a bit of time to try and sort some of the stuff in the 2nd spare room which you can hardly get in the door as OH wants it as a computer room/office  .

He has decided that prior to Christmas we need to
    • get a new TV (on'off buttons broken on the old one and it is 8 yrs old)
    • paint front room (well it never had a second coat of paint)
    • paint skirtings in front room
    • but 2 new pine cabinets for storage in front room
    • make new curtains with material I've had about 4 years
    • buy new suite for front room as old one is 8yr old cream !!!!!!!
    • move old PC from front room up into DD's room and PC unit into spare room/office
    • move new PC from middle room up into office/spare room as well which means that room needs clearing and is currently the dump
And thats as well as working full time, preparing for Christmas and keeping house
Mortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!
  • Evening all!
Lil_me - Cards ready for posting tomorrow. :T

Count me in on slow speed again, but I'll do my best to plod through. I'm still sticking to my routine list coz I'm really boring. :o

    SS Kitchen, Bathroom, Shower room
    Make beds
    DW, WM, TD, BM, CM
    Feed dogs, cats and fish
    Groom dogs and cats
Walk dogs - probably won't be up to this again.

Manic Monday - Kitchen, Utility and Dining Room/Area
    Level One
    Clean floors in these areas
    Level Two
    Wipe down surfaces
Wipe kitchen cupboard fronts and kickboards
Wipe down fronts of major appliances (cooker, fridge, freezer etc) and inside the microwave

Clean the oven if missed last week or it needs it
Extra tasks - if you want to do more:
Wipe window sills and clean windows in these rooms

Apart from feed DP and I because he's being a **** insert whichever word you like there. My lists are done!!!! Think I am going to bed without eating today because I really can't be bothered to put up with him half falling asleep half being nasty which is all he's done since he walked through the door. I know he's tired as he gets very little sleep when he's going away but THAT IS NOT MY FAULT! Grrrr!! Sorry for the rant but it's that or I will do something I regret.

Next week should be loads easier on the housework side of things because it's all sparkly downstairs. I will be cleaning the hall and stair carpets at some point to make those hopefully half decent.

DS1s comment was something along the lines of I can walk through to get some crisps without having to step over something :o sadly he's right. I don't think it's been as clean or tidy since before the school hols. I am however aching all over so pills and sleep I think!

    Goodnight all xx
One day I might be more organised...........

Vacuum floors in bedroom and on landing
    Dust and wipe any paintwork

    EXTRAS

It's laundry day! Yip, yip, yip. I'm trying to get excited!
