  • DS, DD and I have just had a HHF :j They've both changed their bed linen, I've got their sheets and scholl shirts in the wash, we've washed up after supper, I've filled my spice jars, and made a list of what needs replenishing, I've put sausages into the Rayburn for DS's breakfasts (he's cooking himself omelettes atm) and I've taken apple pie from the freezer, and it's warming up in the Rayburn.

I'm now sitting down with a coffee doing more paperwork, and they're writing their Christmas lists ;)

Michelle are you watching Watchdog? Wasn't it MFI you were having a problem with for your furniture? Have you got yours sorted now?

Watching this is a little depressing, must admit it'd been a long time since I'd used MFI in any way, somewhere I did think had gone downhill and the image of them being complained about all the time put me off. I do have some MFI drawers, have had them for over 10 years and while not the most pleasing to the eye they are VERY good, never failed on me, only ones I've had last this long.

Penny I am currently considering to Martin to ask for putting R*****n and A*a as swear words as they make me jealous, maybe R*m*ska too! Oh and I*on just because pigpen keeps typing it and it's rude to say nasty words like that in public!

Done most of the accounts stuff, realised my buys on The Hut have gone off the credit card not the normal account so need to sort those numbers out, pah, silly me for not checking which details I used. Luckily I never leave accounts more than 7 days before checking thoroughly so nothing harmful, just numbers.

Grrrr DWP on Watchdog now, disgusting, absolutely disgusting!

Kids marched to bed, not asleep but any longer and I will scream!!!! They've let stuff on the floor but I don't care. ARGH!!!!! They are still being annoying.
One day I might be more organised...........

Breakfast pots dries and put away, tea pots washed, 'tis going well:D maiden emptied so dining room looks tidy. Hope I find time to CLEAN it this week (Thurs/Fri would suit, Your Pigpenious Majesty ***scrapes floor with deep curtsey***if you don't mind the hint ***tugs forelock***many thanks for casting your honourable eyes on my 'umble little post ***doffs hat***

Blinkin' heck... downloading from you tube ***widens eyes in amazement*** I have just downloaded a podast. How I am supposed to keep up with developments in IT and work I don't know...

Ooh and have reset central heating so that it comes on before I wake up in the vague hope that I can shift my carcass out of my bed when the alarm rings...

Off to write xmas cards to be hand delivered to Lancashire (home of black puddings and steak puddings and other culinary delights which I miss - oh and sarsaparilla...)

Maybe I'll pop by later - like after Spooks...

:dance::dance::dance::dance::dance: I finished, I finished oh yeah oh yeah oh yeah I finished.

Did I tell you "I finished, I finished" ok I am off my high horse now. I have finished the kitchen including mopping the floor, and boy do I feel gudddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd.

Well been sat on my hiny all day and now I managed to peel my self from the sofa. All the washing up has been done although now the tea time pots need doing. I washed all the sides and put things away and did a bin bag dance too. I mopped the floor although there is not much point doing it as it never looks clean.

Right thats it for tonight no more cleaning for me. :j:j:j:j:j

    Evening all

Home from work after a mixed day which ended with a nightmare phone conference. It went on 30 mins longer than it should have which is frustrating as I was therefore really late home, lovely DH had sorted the dinner though and chilled a bottle of wine as he thought I was in need of it. Lots of frustrations at work at the moment, managers who couldn't manage a p*ss up if you know what I mean. Oh well, determined not to bring it home, I marched home from the station in half my usual time to try and get rid of the frustration!

Don't think I'll manage any flying therefore, though I've washed up and the bin needs to go out. I might try and do a bit more online Christmas shopping too, very annoyed with myself as I'd forgotten to check out my boots order and half the stuff is now out of stock...

Hope all are well and sorry for moaning!

  • DH and I have had 2 pieces of good news today. Firstly he's now going to have dialysis at the local hospital instead of the one that's 30 mins drive away :j , and it will be in the afternoon not the evening (he's currently returning home at 12am  ). Secondly we're going to view our bungalow on Wednesday :j
