  • Flower I hope your nap was as lovely as mine! :D

    Certainly was... ;)

I didn't - I just put the MS names on the envelopes. Lil_me is going to put all the ones for each person in a separate envelope and then address the outside envelope (if you understand my incoherent waffle :rotfl:)

Just picked up my recorded delivery. It was a parcel of ink cartridges which they tried to deliver yesterday but I was out. I only ordered them the day before, so that's good service (and they are dirt cheap too - and work well!)

Yep, got your waffle - I understand waffle as I am fluent in it...:rotfl: I have started to put just name on outside now as I was putting full address...
Ink cartridges sound good - spill the beans, where from???
Hi Zaza  Nice to 'see' you! :)
It's good on here, people come 'out' and all sorts... come join us Zaza - just jump in, as Toots would say, welcome to the madhouse...

Will do flower ;) I didn't put addresses on the cards just names, I also bought a large jiffy bag to put them in cause I don't possess any envelopes of any size lol and I thought it'd be a bit sturdier

Was thinking same thing myself - have done large foolscap envelope, but think it will rip too easily... mmmm, will have to think about that and see what I've got...

DPs gone to collect the WIL before going to work, back until after Xmas, joys! ***Be prepared for me moaning about her on several occasions, she goes back eventually and peace is restored but it's never pleasant when she's back as the regulars will know by now :o ***

Thanks Lil_me - and good luck with the WIL (I know who you mean, but what does it stand for???)

Oh by the way the you-know-what is a bit bigger than the doc expected so I have to go for a scan. We suspect fibroids! We also consulted on DDs problem too (naughty Valli - one appointment two problems) she suggested melting nurofenny things alongside the parrots.

Hope you're OK hun, take care...

And ........... *gulp* I've made an appointment with a Solicitor for DS, who is eligible for legal aid, to see if we can resolve anything with our local LEA. The Solicitor did mention the "s" word. They certainly need a kick so that they don;t continue their discriminatory practice with regard to disabilities.

Good on you Pink - sometimes, as hard as it is, that is what it takes for someone to understand that you are not taking any more s**t - hopefully a few letters and it will get sorted for you... :D

Forgot to put that I made cottage pie this morning so all I've got to do tonight is turn the oven on in about half an hour's time. I'm off work for a couple of days using up holiday so I can actually cook this evening because I was out at lunch time.

    What an exciting life ;)

Glad you found it! AnWsMum showed me how to do that - I'm always looking for excuses to use it! Glad you're pleased too! It was in our local paper - they have a coupon thing in every week with savings. Saw it and remembered your post.
